How your Marrakech airport transfer works

Message us on WhatsApp with your travel date, flight number, pickup point (RAK), destination address, number of passengers and luggage, plus any vehicle preference.
2. Receive your quote and confirmation
We reply with a quote for the whole vehicle. Your booking is confirmed once we confirm your request, and we then send you your booking and driver details.
3. Meet your driver at arrivals
Your driver meets you in the arrivals area, holding a name sign. If you need to reach them after landing, you contact them on WhatsApp.
4. Door-to-door drop-off, or the nearest accessible point for Medina riads
Hotels in Gueliz, Hivernage, the Palmeraie and Agafay are on roads a car can reach. For riads inside the Medina, the driver takes you as close as the vehicle can legally and accessibly go, usually the nearest gate or drop-off point (see below).

The ŠKODA Superb, Mercedes E-Class and Audi A6 are listed for 3 passengers and 4 bags. They suit couples, solo travellers and business arrivals.
Mercedes V-Class for families and small groups
The Mercedes V-Class is listed for 6 passengers and 7 bags: a comfortable choice for families or friends arriving together with suitcases.
Sprinter and Luxury Bus for large groups
For groups, the Mercedes Sprinter is listed for 16 passengers and 10 bags, and the Luxury Bus for 50 passengers and 70 bags.

Where we drop off from RAK airport
Medina riads
Many riads sit on narrow lanes inside the old city walls that cars can’t enter. Your driver takes you to the nearest accessible gate or drop-off point for your riad. Before you fly, ask your riad which gate or landmark to use and whether someone can meet you there; then tell us, and we’ll plan the drop-off around it. Gueliz and Hivernage hotels
Gueliz, the modern city centre, and Hivernage, the hotel district next to it, are laid out along wide avenues, so your driver drops you at the hotel entrance.
The Palmeraie and Agafay
We also drive to resorts and villas in the Palmeraie and to camps in the Agafay desert, a rocky desert south of the city. Share the exact address or camp name when you book, and we confirm the drop-off point with your quote.
